Sir Paul McCartney’s ex, who recently bought a £2.5million pad in Manhattan’s West Village, has been looking for another home over in Los Angeles, in West Hollywood or Beverly Hills.

“She’s giving her estate agent a really hard time because she will only pay $1million (£500,000),” says one mole.

“They’ve been showing her places up for slightly more, telling them, ‘I said $1million and not over’.”

Mills’s spokeswoman said she had “no idea” she was even looking.
