HAVE YOUR SAY
WOULD YOU VOTE TO STAY IN THE EU?
So which one is it?
THE European Union is determined to press ahead with the hated EU Constitution, even though Irish voters have soundly rejected it.
Brussels Eurocrats want to ignore the wishes of the people - French and Dutch voters have also booted out the plans - and press ahead with 'democratic' referendums until they get the result they want.
***** SHOULD BRITAIN LEAVE THE EU? VOTE NOW *****
Gordon Brown has ratified the Lisbon Treaty - the constitution by another name - but only by breaking a major 2005 election pledge to consult with the British people.
Meanwhile, former EU President Valery Giscard d"Estaing has even hinted the fundamental principle that if one nation says no, it means no - should be scrapped from EU law to allow Eurocrats complete control.
He said of Ireland: "A country that represents 0.7 per cent of the European population cannot decide for the others."
So, here at Express.co.uk, we want to give you a democratic voice - and find out what YOU think.
Is this the Europe Britain agreed to join back in 1973?
Do you think we gain more from being in the EU than we would on our own?
Are you fed up with being dictated to by Brussels - or are you convinced Britain needs the EU to prosper?
If there was a referendum tomorrow...what would YOU do?
Would YOU vote to leave the EU?

I may be wrong in saying this, but as an act of Parliament was to ratify the treaty the Queen had no choice but to sign it up.
She does not have autonomous power over the House. Shame really because she's probably got more sense in her corgi than the whole of the government.

The money it costs the UK to be a member out wieghs the benifits, the only oeople who benifit from EU member ship are any one but the UK, we now have no fishing industry, agriculture is stopped from producing cheap food by EU quotas, we have rerdiculas laws which have been been thought up by some european minister who could not survive outside of the grinding dictatorship of the EU goverment, again unelected goverment, Norway has never joined the EU and has never suffered from not being a member, we do not need to be a member of this draconion job making machine for failed or ex priministers.
I will vote for any party that whants us to leave the EU and so would the majority of the UK elctrate

YOU ARE CHANGING MY MIND

I can understand Michael's point about the EU funding and even the corruption but I find it sad to think of a EU without Britain and I also imagine other european countries may find it as a "selfish" move from a country who doesn't very much care about Europe in the first place.

NO WAY!
09.07.08, 7:32pm
How can supporters of this corrupt organisation ignore the fact that the auditors have refused to sign the accounts for the last 9 years? Britain is a major payer to its funds yet has the lowest old age pension while Spain pays much less and their pensions are over half as much again.
Also dont forget the foot and mouth epidemic, when Britain asked for aid there was no money, the French & Germans had taken it all.
Come on! you could'nt make it all up.
Get out I say and the sooner the better!
