IS IT TIME FOR DELUDED BROWN TO QUIT?
Has Brown had it as leader?
GORDON Brown has taken to making surprise phone calls to random voters in a last-ditch bid to "humanise" his image, it was claimed last night.
Instead of simple chats, he gets his vast team of advisers to draft special scripts he can use with people who have written to Downing Street complaining about the Government.
But the famously early-rising Prime Minister's cold-calling was said to have backfired completely when he rang a number at 6am.
Luckily for Mr Brown, the man turned out to be a shift worker who was already awake.
Tory Chris Grayling said: "The last thing you would want in the morning is the less than dulcet tones of Gordon Brown. They must be really desperate if the Prime Minister himself is starting to phone voters to try and restore his reputation."
So do you think Gordon Brown's idea is any good? Is there anything the Prime Minister can do to salvage his reputation? Is it time for the beleaguered leader to step down?

The most awfull social gaff is the bore who hasn't realised it's time to go. The type that pontificates on his right to fame and fortune when all around know him to be a dismal failure. The type that looks for an ear, anybody's ear, that will listen to how marvellous he is. There is only one way to deal with this kind of failure, tell him to go away(in less than polite terms) and hope that he will not pester again. Little chance when dealing with a thick skinned Brown. Should this buffoon have the temerity to call me at six in the morning, or any other time for that matter, he would find a warm welcome. Oh for the chance to tell this social bore what I really think but would he listen, of course not. He is only receptive to yes men and muppets.
Like the drunk in a bar at eleven thirty , ignoring the pleas of the landord for "Time Gentlemen Please", "Ain't you got no homes to go to". Bar stool preaching to an audience that went home hours ago, Brown really thinks that somebody is still listening, that he can still persuade us all that he is the chosen one, that only he can steer us out of economic misery. In his drunken state he cannot recall or accept that he. and he alone, is responsible for our economic woes and national identity crisis and that in the national interest he should just shut up and go home quietly.

Think outside the box. Tony Blair is just marking time, waiting for the irish to vote on Thursday. TB has an organisation chart pinned to his wall. It is headed Provisional EU Presidential Structure. At the top is the position of one Tony Bliar; President Designate. Beneath that is a box marked Vice Presdident. There is a name pencilled into that box. Guess what! Its his old mate Gormless! They stitiched us up together. So, you see, thousands wouldn't want Brown anywhere near them, but in the grand plan he already has a bolt-hole.
We didn't want Mr and Mrs Kinnock here either, but can we get rid of them? No way!
