MAN CHARGED OVER RAILWAY DEATH

Darren Palmer, 38, of Clacton, Essex, is due to appear at Colchester Magistrates' Court.

British Transport Police said Palmer was charged on Thursday night following the death of 29-year-old Kelly Mack, also of Clacton, on March 27.

Last week, police said Miss Mack got her foot trapped in a cattle grid, but sources said it is no longer believed that was the case.
