PRICKLY CUSTOMER: The hedgehog-hero is refusing to budge / Europics

By Brendan Abbott for express.co.uk

A PRICKLY animal lover has declared war after being told he'll be evicted if he doesn't stop taking in stray hedgehogs.

Andi Kuziomski has managed to cram more than 50 of the injured or abandoned animals into his one-roomed council flat in Krakow, Poland.

But, after complaints from neighbours, landlords have told him that either the animals go or he will, as reported by the Austrian Times.

The 34-year-old, who has declared a sit-in, said: "It is unfair. I am caring for injured animals that have nowhere else to go.

"I will not leave and I will not pay rent until they change their mind."
