SERENA WILLIAMS claimed a fourth successive victory over sister Venus to win the Sony Ericsson Championships in Doha.

World No1 Serena came through a difficult second set to triumph 6-2, 7-6, and said: “Playing Venus was really tough.

Even though she was not feeling all that great, she was getting every ball back – and it was frustrating.”
