 STARS SHINE FOR ELTON
LADY IN RED: Liz Hurley Saturday November 7,2009 ELTON John has a long list of famous friends and this week they were out in force at the Emerald Ball, to support his Aids charity.
Liz Hurley dazzled in a one-shouldered red dress as she turned up with friend and shoe designer Patrick Cox. She joined comedian David Walliams, Daily Express owner Richard Desmond and his wife Janet, and supermodel Eva Herzigova. The event, held at Harrods in London, was organised by Mohamed Al-Fayed’s daughter Camilla, and kicked off the shop’s Christmas celebrations which this year will pay homage to the film The Wizard Of Oz. The £228,000 raised will go to the Elton John Aids Foundation.
