Who the hell cares what these fascist think or want.

Things to come if they are not stopped:

Stage 1:
Start immigrating - move into a country quietly

Stage 2:
Begin starting churches: "learning centers"
community helps: food etc.

Stage 3:
Political activism: demanding rights, denounce
derogatory comments/press etc.

Stage 4:
Get elected, pass laws favoring rights etc. move toward
political majority

Stage 5:
Political control, Sharia Law

Excuse me - but isn't this going too far? The sniffer dogs are needed - it's part of our life in the west. If the Muslims feel offended - then perhaps they should consider one or two things -- either leave to go to a country where there aren't any dogs used in the security and wellbeing of a country OR - be like the rest of us and LIVE WITH IT!

This is incredible - they hate pigs, so banks can no longer give out piggy banks. They can't handle pork products as they work in a checkout stand in a grocery store, they refuse service animals in taxicabs and we have to adjust our lives around their dislikes.

If we as nations continue to appease those who have no inkling to accept the customs of the country they CHOSE to immigrate to - then we are done for.

I'm a third generation American. My ancestors came from various lands and were extremely proud to serve the countries they emigrated to. Why is it that they have to be different than the rest of us?

Again, if you do not like the customs/lifestyle of the country YOU chose to immigrate to, there are planes, boats, trains leaving the land every day. Be on them. We have enough problems without having to deal with spoiled brats.

Oh yeah I remember... it is because there are people who are exploding themselves to kill others who don't believe that their religion is a religion of peace.

Afterall koran 58:5 says "Those who reject Allah and His messenger (Muhammad) will be reduced to dust..."

Look, the Muslims declared a holy Jihad in Lebanon in the early seventies,at the time the only Christian democracy in the middle east, and it is now a Hizballah controlled , Islamist nation, amongst the most radical Muslim nations in the world.
Europe did nothing but criticize Israel, the only other non muslim (Jewish) democracy in the middle east, for interfering and backing the Christians.
Now those same Muslims have declared a Holy Jihad on Europe. It may still not be too late to save Christendom, but time is running out.Its time that British Muslims stood up to the bullies in their own camp, and for all Britains to get a grip.

Its just another way for muslims to whine, as I have said here in the USA, if you do not want to blend into sociatey, then for gods sake leave!! I am so tired of muslims wanting special treatment for their religon, wanting tax dollars so they can have foot baths in public places, completely isolated rooms for females to exercise!!! have a school here in Virginia that graduates killers and the school is still here, up and running, one of them was convicted for trying to assinate the president, you might not like our president, but I find it highly unaceptable for a radical to try it. By 2012 or 2020, guess it really doesn't matter but your neighbor France will be totally muslim, and am afraid the Brits will be next and you know what that means!! Sharia Law and the united states won't be far behind, not unless we get LESS sensitive, and LESS politically correct!!! The governments must stop all this nonsence and do it before it to late,I for one do not wish to be forced to accept muslim law or be a muslim, of course I wouldn't they would have to killl me.

Having had my earlier post removed - why? I expressed views which have been widely endorsed on this thread. Muslim attitudes and all that Shiria Law upholds - offend me - and I agree with all those who have suggested that Muslims remove themselves from a country they clearly hate and return to wherever they originated from. The sooner the better so far as I am concerned. Don't let's wait until female circumcision is compulsory - let's get back to our Great British way of life before it is too late.

As some others have commented - millions of our people died in two world wars to defend OUR way of life. Did they really die in vain?

Fraid so; probably.

This sniffer dog business is just one of the many tactics muslims use to chip away at our society and eventually make it theirs.

A complaint here, a moan there and a government that bends over backwards not to offend them.

Why do you think they are allowed to demolish the silence with their loudspeaker calls to prayers, while the churchbells have to remain silent?

The police insist they will continue to use the dogs as they see fit [as they should] but mark my words it won't be long before they are forbidden to do so.

I wrote in another forum, here in the Express, a while back, and made a prediction.

Within 5 years Britain will be expected to observe Ramadan.

Having sniffer dogs to deal with security threats is a good idea. If someone doesn't like it the it's just to bad.
If you live in a country where the religion is not indigenous and you find certain things unacceptable then certain concessions could and should be made within reason but no one should be given preferential treatment.
If someone has an allergy to pet hair they would still be subject to a search whether by person, animal or machine.
Religion shouldn't be dictating the means of prevention as it doesn't or wouldn't anywhere else in the world.
My answer is, sorry - DEAL WITH IT.

So Muslims have no objection to sniffer dogs in Muslim countries, only in Western countries, is that what they're saying?

No wonder society is so fractured when just about every man and his dog, in this country has a different religion or culture. If we had to bow to the demands of all of these diverse groups the country would grind to a halt.

Your naivety is breathtaking and you opinion has obviously been lifted directly out of the Labour Party’s multicultural manifesto.
What you fail to realise is that a country’s culture does not happen overnight, it takes centuries of bloodshed and banging heads together to come to an arrangement which the vast majority of our citizens feel comfortable with.
The rapid and unprecedented influx of peoples of different cultures and religions has placed an inevitable strain on community relations, exacerbated by the demands of certain religious groups that we change our ways to suit them.
I can see trouble ahead and it will take many years, if at all, to reach a stage where we have a culture acceptable to all our citizens once more.
