If the PC committee wont act its up to the other team members to stand up and be counted.
They should refuse to be in the same team and by so doing make a stand against drug cheats instead of prevaricating.

This person is a absolute cheat and deserves to be treated like a leper and such which he has brought upon himself. He opened his mouth and swallowed those illegal pills, no one forced him to do so, he should be banned from official sport forever, he is a disgrace.
You may say that he is only cheating himself, which he is but he is also cheating everyone and making money from doing so. HE KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING WAS WRONG. Get rid of him.
