Who should resign?

Poor Jean Charles died because he was in the wrong place at the wrong time. To call him an innocent person is wholly wrong. I have heard no evidence at all to substantiate this. His supporters continue to justify the fact that having a false visa, using cocaine, coming and going from where he lived covertly, and using anti surveillance techniques is normal. The media is full of comments by his supporters and none by the mainstream who realize that he is a victim of circumstance. In Brazil 100 people a day are killed, many by the police. We hear none of this. There was a war going on at the time in London. He is a victim of Moslem terrorism, not police incompetence.
If anyone should resign it should be the hundreds of Muslim leaders who do nothing to stop terrorism.
