Are the public being taken for a ride by Politicians ?

Global Warming leading to Climate Change has occured on numerous occasions over Billions of Years and NONE of these occurences were due to mankind.

It is a natural progression of the Earths relationship or position in the Solar System against the Sun and the Planets combined with other natural phenomina.

Another MAJOR issue is Mass Deforestation - trees absorb CO2 and give off Oxygen and water as a result and deforestation has substantially reduced the Planets trees and thus the ability to rid the Planet of Carbon.

Its frightening to think that the CO2 theory leading to Global Warming is promulgated by Scientists who may have a financial self preservation interest in the subject.

Recently it has sparked off claims that £ billions is being provided by Governments Worldwide to fund research into the greenhouse effect.

Therefore in essence thousands of Scientists know that their jobs depend on their unanimous ability to ensure that the theory continues to be seen as fact.

Politicians are using Global Warming as a scaremongering tactic and as an excuse to increase the Tax Burden etc. However why arent they pushing the issue of planting more Broad Leafed Trees ?

Also now that they have started the "panic" ball rolling they are falling over themselves to jump on this so called "Green Bandwagon" which will in reality, serve no more than their individual Egos (and bank balances).

It is the ordinary man who will ultimately pay the price. WELL CONSIDER THIS :-

What have the Russians recently done ? Why they have laid claim to the Vast untapped Oilfields at the NORTH POLE.

Whoops ! there are no trees at the NORTH POLE - but there were VAST FORESTS there during past GLOBAL WARMING PERIODS.

You Know - Global Warming at times when the Human Population on Earth was a mere fraction of that to-day. No Cars/ Planes / Space Shuttles etc.

DONT BE FOOLED BY THE POLITICIANS - any difference that we could make today would be like a needle in a haystack.
