For heaven's sake!

Can't these miserable ninnies leave us alone even when on holiday. What an exciting holiday that would be, following governmentnt guidelines and having 2 pints a day, with a couple of days break of course to get over the high-living.
And it can't be emphasised enough that when the first research was done for the Thatcher government the conclusion was there was no noticeable difference between people who consumed 1 units up to those consuming 63 units a week. someone on the panel thought that mrs T would think that a high figure to recommend so they arbitarily divided by 3 giving us 21 units. A figure which trotted out like a mantra by Professor gilmore and all the others.
These people want to hope everyone doesn't follow their advice. Where would the £30billion raised by alcohol sales come form to replace it?
We are all going to die sometime if we stop every single pleasurable activity or not. 75 years of enjoying yourself or 80 years of abstemious boredom? Of course some people will over do it but leave the rest of us alone.
