Out of order.

Out of order, out of order, the whole shebang is out of order. Are not councils under the auspices of government. Everything is twisted,
illogical. Illogical, only if if the missing factor is not brought into focus. When this missing factor is apparent / explained, it then sometimes becomes logical, to some people. Logical, believable, acceptable, even then only to very few.
