Smoking costs to NHS...

Lets be honest you have to die of something,
and to be even more honest take the average smoker, worked all his life dies at 60 from a coronary brought on by smoking, how much is he saving the government by not taking any pension payments, thousands & thousands.
If people die young from their lifestyles, it's their choice, and if they never reach their pension age they save the government billions.
This is all another load of spin, no different from the schoolyard bully picking on you because you have ginger hair.
Why are we paying for HIV refugee/asylum seekers who have never put a penny into the pot. GET REAL.
