NO ID, NO NU-LABOUR

They tried to make Manchester their test bed for congestion charging, we said a resounding NO, they can expect the same NO for their loony ID cards. Please get it into your head you Labour loonies, Manchester has had it with your half brained ideas, so stuff it up where the sun don't shine.
