Policeman Murders Innocent Man Under The Human Rights Act!!!

With regards to this thug in a police uniform being arrested let alone convicted it will never happen.

Under the Human Rights Act this scumbag Police Cuntstable will claim he was acting within the Human Rights Act directive which allows Police Officers to take another persons life in times of civil unrest and riots......without charge.....check it out for yourselves.
