Off limits and out of bounds

Wouldn't it be highly interesting if military authorities in Portsmouth were to place all Wetherspoon establishments "off limits and out of bounds" to all military and naval personnel?

At least until such time as the corporation revises its antiquated "polucy."

Management would be certain to take notice.
