Unbelievable!

Firstly, I do not work for or in the insulation industry!

The Gall of these people in unbelievable!

Firstly.... it's FREE!!! STOP COMPLAINING!

Yes it might be a bit of a muddle but it's fair to say the insulation companies will be having unprecedented demand and will need some time to get things sorted.

Secondly, why didn't the bloke MENTION to the person doing the survey, or the man he booked the appointment with on the phone, that the fitters would need a parking permit.... he lives there, he should know that!!!

You are getting something for free that toher have to pay for, and you're getting it simply for being OLD.... that's agism if I ever saw it!!! Stop moaning. it's the middle of winter, it's not like you had plans to go out skiing or something.
