Not alcohol related?

And yet how many times have we heard that this, and everything else that goes wrong, is due to the licencing hours being relaxed and it is all the fault of 24 hour drinking(which isn't 24 hours but in fact the shortest opening hours in Europe)?
Maybe these people who maintain that will now shut up and leave adults alone to be treated like adults and not asked by someone ringing a bell at 11pm if they don't have a home to go to.
