Can we trust our Government to keep anything safe ?

Time and unforseen circumstance befalls all men. Taxpayers may have to fork out even more cash. When ?... When the fraudulent sick and disabled, start to claim allowances / salaries for their carers..... So what is the answer Mr Prime Minister / Think tanks included ?
