Yes, definitely. If the drugs are there then all cancer sufferers should be allowed them. If you have paid N.I. all your life you are entitled to them. It seems once you turn 65 nobody wants to know, the government would be obliged if all people over 65 just snuffed it and save them the cost of issuing life saving drugs.
