Lawlessness is the problem

Lawlessness is now the problem. People think they are above the law and they are confirmed in their criminal habits since they know they can get away with things. Here are some suggestions when someone has not paid a fine take away his passport, driving licence, and confiscate his television set. Stop all benefit payments and, in fact, take the money owed out of them. Also, paste on his front door a large notice saying ,"This person is in debt to the community." If this awful government had a will to do this, then they could do it. After all, if these people were refusing to pay their television licences, the poll tax of the air waves, then they would finish up in jail.
