Our prisons are full, therefore criminals must remain free despite the risks and the fear.
We face a crises and our government dithers and leaps from one crazy idea to another in the hope that we will believe that "something is being done ".
Reuben, do not flee to Africa. Turn your back on donkeys, solitude, and peace.
Stay and reform our justice system !
