Community Service....

...run by the Probation Service has been a failure. Either turn it over to ex-Servicemen to be run on strict Military lines, or do away with it all together and build Brat Camps on some uninhabited Scottish Island run by ex- Military, with discipline, respect and responsibility top of the agenda. Those who break the law have to fear punishment, Brat Camps would knock the arrogance out of them, before building them up and teaching them to be law abiding members of society.
