A failing Justice System - by Gordon Brown.

Gordon Brown and his Scots Mafia, aided and abetted by NuLabour MPs have ruined our judicial system.

Our PM is more concerned with how Mugabe runs Zimbabwe than he is in himself running this country, a job WE the taxpayers pay him to do.

Africa has soaked up Billions of charity handouts over the past 40yrs, and still they are full of AIDS and starve in their hundreds of thousands, we should spend that money on educating the kids so they do not grow up to break the law and fill the jails.

We need an overhaul of the judicial/penal system, put violent criminals and repeat offenders in prisons. Burglary should be reguarded as a mentally violent crime.

We should have different prisons for different crimes, so they do not become colleges. Also criminals should be sent as far from family as possible. They should have to earn the right to be moved closer to family, by showing clearly that they are being rehabilitated.

Forget prisoners 'rights' again, any rights should be counted as privileges and earned.

The only rights they start with is three basic meals, washing/toilet facilities and basic medical care.

Prison needs to be first and foremost a deterrent, then as a rehabilitation center. After that they can earn the right to have trade training courses.
