More Idjit Councillors

What is happening to the Men of England, its not that long ago when binmen were able to lift galenized bins into refuse trucks, Now these wimps can't pull a wheelie bin that a7st OAP can move to the front gate! No wonder we are sliding down the international league tables.

These nanny PC H&S freaks will bring this country to its knees.

I hope the Binmen's union will veto this stupid rule and bring some self respect back to their members.
