Bang on Peter ..... 11 simple steps which would pull this country up by its bootstraps.

Can you imagine one of our political parties putting these 11 steps forward as the basis of their election manifesto ........ they would be overwhelmingly voted into power.

Cant wait for CFB to have an apoplexy when he reads it.
