Good God, if I didn't pay my NI contributions this wretched government would be down on me like a ton of bricks,WHY AREN'T THEY CHASING THESE FREELOADING FOREIGNERS THE SAME???????

Typical of this useless government, tax, fine and generally screw us the taxpaying public but give every possible benefit to anyone foreign.
