I think the process of monitoring will be such as to be able to identify with the user, even if there are others that use the same computer in the building and also they will be able to pinpoint any computer that these people use. be it anywhere in the country, as we see now how sophisticated and clever technology has become they will be able to track down anyone
and everyone at any given time.
