Checks

Whoever is doing these caring jobs, either in institutions,or the homes of elderly and vulnerable people,should be police checked and accredited.
How come that people , in the public sector, working with young and other vulnerable people, such as teachers, have to face rigorous Police and other checks?
Whoever is employing unchecked people, should be imprisoned.
