how the kind of people who complain about immigrants coming here, are the same people who move to Spain and make no effort to learn the language or integrate.

Those people have gone to Spain and bought property and put money into the economy. They don't expect housing to be provided, aren't getting benefits from the Spanish government and aren't getting medical treatment they have contributed nothing towards. So there is quite a difference. Of course people like Lefty can't come to terms with people who are self-reliant and don't expect others to provide for them.
