how does this happen

If he can't move himself then he certainly can't get his own food.Who's feeding him up.?
I saw another heavy man on tv,he drank umpteen pints of lager every night,ate masses of food.
Who pays for it all ?No seriously I would like to know.
This must surely be one area where government interference should be welcomed.
