It is not just the Home office that is unfit for purpose......

The entire flaming government and at least fifty percent of the damn civil servants.

It is almost as difficult to get rid of incompetent civil servants as immigrant paedophiles from Europe! IMPOSSIBLE they just sit around causing damage waiting for the gold plated pensions.
