That’s why I’m a big fan of the hit CiTV series Bookaboo.
 
The show features Bookaboo, a cute and cheeky dog who drums in a rock ‘n’ roll band and who is addicted to books.
 
As he says: “Without a story a day, I just can’t play.”
 
Fortunately, Bookaboo has a number of celebrity friends, from music legend Meat Loaf to Coronation Street star Kym Marsh and Strictly Come Dancing judge Alesha Dixon, who are only too happy to indulge him.
 
On a mission to get everyone around the country enjoying a story a day, Bookaboo has donated 13,000 books to children under the age of six in care through partnership with Booktrust.

Now there is a new Bookaboo DVD, released this week, featuring seven stories from the series and I have three to give away.
 
Golden Boy loves this fun disc so much it’s not allowed to leave our DVD player.
